But in the kind of world today where you are constantly filled with all the negative thoughts and influence, is it really possible for you to have a positive attitude?</p>
<p>What I have found out that it is possible to have a positive attitude and the best way and the quickest way to adopt it is to motivate other people. Robert Kiyosaki has once written in his book that if you want anything, then you must give it first before you will get it. What he means is that if you want love, then you must give love first. If you want money, then you must give money first.</p>
<p>When you tried to motivate other people, you are subconsciously motivating yourself too. When other people feel motivated, there is a kind of positive energy that will be emitted from that person. Constantly bombarded by positive energy will cause you to be filled with positive energy and you will feel motivated too. When you are motivated, you will have a positive outlook towards all situations and you will soon start to adopt a habit of having a positive attitude.</p>
<p>It will be very satisfying for you if you see for yourself how your little effort of motivating that person actually help that person to overcome his problems and achieve his dreams. There is a saying that Give And You Shall Receive. It is very true and it is in fact stated in some book as being a law of nature. So if you want to have positive attitude today, start to motivate other people to have positive attitude too.</p>

But the reality is that in your life, you will sometime face some problems and difficulties. Your surrounding will not help because you will face with a lot of people who has negative attitude and the media is always full of negative things. So what kind of people that you always associated with play a part on whether you will have a positive attitude or not and decided on whether you will reach your goal or not.</p>
<p>Friends are very important as there is a saying that no man is a island. If you want to have a positive attitude and always have a positive thinking, then the choice of your friends will be very important to you. As you will always be interacting with your friend, you will subconsciously be influenced by your friend.</p>
<p>For example, you are with a group of friends who have a negative attitude towards life. What they will always tell you will be the negative things. If you want to do something and you ask for their opinions, they will just tell you that it is impossible. If you do not have your thinking, you will just feel that it is impossible too. This will not be good for you because you will never dare to do anything different from your friends.</p>
<p>What kind of thinking that you have in your mind is actually a kind of energy. When you are always surrounded by negative energy, you will be affected by it. So what is the best solution to this problem. It is simple and it is to mix around with more people who have a positive attitude towards everything. You will soon be influenced by them and you will have a positive attitude.</p>
<p>The interesting thing is that you will never see successful people with negative attitude but you will always see successful people with positive attitude. Successful people always mix around with positive thinking friends. That is the reason why they are so successful. So be selective of who your friends are and have the kind of positive thinking that you richly deserved.</p>

<p>What is motivation? Many people use the word to describe the inner push to get them to take a first step. For example, &#8220;I do not have the motivation to go to the gym,&#8221; or &#8220;I need the motivation to start going to the gym.&#8221; A search of the word in the dictionary may provide definitions that substantiate the use of the word in these examples. However, there is another angle to motivation that can be considered.</p>
<p>Instead of waiting for the motivation to start going to the gym or start eating correctly or whatever the action is, how about making a choice?</p>
<p>&#8220;I choose to start going to the gym.&#8221; That means that I am not waiting for motivation to go to the gym, I am simply making a choice. This is what would move me from passively waiting to actively pursuing a goal. Anyone waiting on the motivation to do anything is in a state of passiveness. The problem with being in that state is that there is no forward movement. Life is there for the taking. Sitting idly by and waiting for the fire to be kindled inside of you will only delay your destiny! Yet that is exactly what most people are doing when they wait for the motivation to do something.</p>
<p>On the other hand, if a choice is made to go to the gym then there is forward motion. This does not mean however that motivation is thrown out the window. In fact, after the decision is made, motivation steps up to the plate. Once the choice is made to go to the gym, do you know what it is that keeps you going back? Yes, it is motivation.</p>
<p>Motivation does not feed passivism. It is an inner propulsion mechanism. When there is motion, motivation will keep the momentum going. Do not think of motivation as the force that will take you from a standstill to movement. Think of it as the force that propels your movement in a given direction. So think of any area of your life where you are waiting for the motivation. If you find an area, then change your attitude and make a choice. Anything you have been wanting to do and you are not taking any forward action towards, does not need motivation. Those are areas where you need to make a choice to get going. Once you are moving, then motivation will play its part.</p>
<p>Let motivation be the force that <em>keeps </em>you going and not the one to <em>get </em>you going.</p>

<p>Life is stressful! These days stress seems like a fact of life! Most people have jobs, families, friends, community and social obligations - and all of these factors can add up to an overwhelming degree of stress!</p>
<p>If you are like most people, this has been your general outlook on stress - that it is an unavoidable fact of life which must be tolerated. If this describes you, you may be interested to learn that you do not have to allow stress to run your life, and you do not have to be overwhelmed by trying to cope with it!</p>
<p>There are two main points in stress management. One is learning how to prioritize; and the other is gaining a positive perspective.</p>
<p>Even if you are not familiar with these concepts, they are not nearly as difficult as you might think. In fact, once you have begun to put them into practice, they will become a natural part of your everyday routine.</p>
<p>Learning how to prioritize is simply a matter of clearly acknowledging the difference between what is urgent, what is important, and what is basically irrelevant. You would be surprised at how frazzled a person can be if he has fallen into the habit of believing that everything in his life and everything he must do is of equal importance! For example, if you have the habit of attaching the same degree of importance to everything from meeting a deadline at work to catching your favorite show on television, it is likely that you are getting little accomplished - other than keeping your stress level at an intolerable high! When you put some careful consideration into it, it is not difficult to prioritize!</p>
<p>This aspect of stress management can be tackled by assessing the factors in your life and what needs to be done, and begin assigning an appropriate degree of importance to each. You will see what needs to be done immediately, what can wait for a bit, and what really does not need to be done at all. When you begin addressing these factors with their appropriate degree of importance, you will not only get much more accomplished, but it will greatly assist in lowering your stress.</p>
<p>The other aspect of effective stress management is equally important; but if you have become successful with prioritizing, it should come fairly easily. When you have begun to put the aspects of your life into a more accurate perspective, it will feel as if your entire burden has been lightened! There will be less to worry about, you will feel less unnecessary urgency over things which are not urgent at all - and you will see how all of this adds up to far less stress!</p>
<p>Part of stress management comes from actively reducing the stress factors which do exist; and the other part comes from being more effective in dealing with those which are the most important. When you put this into action, you will see how much difference good stress management will make in your life!</p>

But a recent study has shown that 75% of the time, our mind is thinking of the negative things. That is why most people will never reach the goal that they want to achieve.</p>
<p>The good thing is that having a positive thinking is like a skill. It can be learned and improved upon. There is a sneaky and simple way to use whenever you think of facing negative things.</p>
<p>The first step that you have to do is to ask yourself which aspect of your life you want to change. Have a list of it. The second step will be to narrow down the challenges that you are facing into the specifics problems that you want to solve. The third step will be to use all your brain power to think of the possible solution that will enable you to solve it. Always think of the best possible outcome that will happen if you implement the solution. The last step will be to state your outcome in present tense and in a positive way. For example sentence like I can find ways to reach my goal.</p>
<p>Once you have done these, write or print it on a piece of paper and then stick it somewhere where you will constantly be in view of the paper. Before and after sleep, read that piece of paper to tell yourself that you will be able to do it. When you constantly have a positive frame of mind and attitude, you will be able to make it.</p>
<p>Try this simple method and if you do it everyday, you will start off the way with a positive attitude.</p>

But what I feel is that just having a positive thinking is not enough if you are not going to take any action.</p>
<p>You can have lots of positive attitude but if you are not willing to take even one action, nothing will be accomplished. So the things that really work is POSITIVE action. It is the act of taking action that will solve the problem. Even if you have a negative attitude but you are willing to take action, you will still be light years ahead of other people.</p>
<p>Positive Action can be defined as the act of doing something irregardless of whatever thinking that you have in your mind. Your mind can tell you that you are not able to achieve something, but that is only what your mind predicts, not the real facts. If you still take action despite what your mind tells you, you will be surprise at the amount of things that you will be able to do.</p>
<p>Positive thinking is still important but it will only be useful if you use it together with positive action. When you have a positive attitude towards life and your goal, you will more likely to take action. That is why having a positive thinking is also important.</p>
<p>The final conclusion will be if you want to do anything that will benefits you and the people around you, just do it. You will be shock at how much potential that you have.</p>

<p>2 people can face the same situation but with the difference in the attitudes towards the situation, each one of them will have different result. Guy A can have a very happy family, everything around him seems to be perfect but he does not have a positive attitude towards life. He will live a miserable life although he has everything. Another guy B has to work 3 different jobs just so that he will be able to survive, but he has a positive attitude towards life. Whenever he faces any difficulty, he will smile and find solutions to solve it. He will have a happy life although he does seem to have everything. This shows how important having a positive attitude is.</p>
<p>The good thing is that irregardless of our current situation, we are able to control the thought that is going on in our mind. We can choose to have a positive thinking or choose to have a negative thinking.</p>
<p>There is one simple way which can train you on how to be able to have a positive attitude. Every time your mind is thinking of a negative thing, stop at the moment and ask yourself why you are thinking this way. Once you know the reason, replace the negative thinking with a positive thing and tell yourself the reason why you should have this thinking. It might seem to be difficult at first. But once you are constantly doing it, it will soon come natural to you and you will have more positive thinking.</p>
<p>So the next time when you are having negative thoughts, switch it to a positive thought and you will soon see the changes in your life. As there is a saying, whether you think that you can or cannot, it is true.</p>

<p>Words are free but the sad thing is that lesser people are using more of the positive word of encouragement. There is a saying the best way to motivates yourself is to motivates other people. This applies to positive attitude too. The more people that you give words of encouragement to, the more you will feel motivated and have a positive attitude.</p>
<p>For example, you are the leader of this rock climbing group. The task that this group wants to achieve is to climb a very high mountain. Along the way, you are feeling very tired and you feel like giving up. Then your team leader come and gives you a word of encouragement that you will be able to do it and not to give up. At that moment it might seem nothing extra-ordinary thing has happen. But to you, you will have some motivation and you will start to have a positive attitude. You will suddenly have the extra strength to continue. <p>Now the first thing that you can do is to be grateful to the terrible things that has happen to you before. Why should you do so? The first reason will be when we meet terrible things with the feeling of gratitude; we will feel better as the feeling of gratitude always feels good. The second reason is that we will always face problems in life. When you know that there must be some reason why you are in these problems, you will be more open to it. When you are grateful for being able to find the reason, you will start to have a positive attitude towards problem.</p>
<p>Be grateful of whatever things that you have and the person that is around you. You can be grateful to the basic things that you have around your life like food, water, electricity etc. When you start to think of that, you will be more appreciative of the things around you and you will have a feeling of gratitude. Who gets the gratitude is not as important as your own feeling of gratitude. Try to look for things that you can be grateful for so that you can always feel the joy of gratitude. It can even be someone that you are close to or person that has really influence you. This will in turn slowly changes and trains your mind to have a positive attitude as you will have. When you have the joy of gratitude, the negative thinking will instantly be gone.</p>
<p>So having a gratitude feeling and being grateful to the things that you have will helps in the development of having a positive attitude in the mind. Gratitude will open a place in you to receive. So start having a feeling of gratitude and have a positive attitude today.</p>
